True Beauty

Being a beautiful person on the inside is a desirable trait for many people, however to be a beautiful person on the outside is desired by most everyone. People spend millions of dollars each year in an effort to be attractive - gym memberships, cosmetics, hair care products, and in some cases, plastic surgery.

What most people have not learned is that the quickest way to outward beauty is already within them and does not cost any money, but it does cost time, diligence, and persistence.

Building and developing strong Ki inside is reflected in an outward beauty. Whether you can see it or not, everyone has an aura which, simply stated, is the color that surrounds each and every person. Everyone is directly responsible for their aura. People with strong Ki have light, bright colors. The opposite is also true for people on the other side of the extreme. For example, criminals have dark, ugly colors surrounding them. A person's color can also fluctuate depending on their state of mind. As their emotions change, so do their surrounding colors.

A positive mind and attitude builds strong Ki. Any negativity in a person's mind will be instantly reflected in their aura and affects their Ki. True Ki Masters have learned to stabilize their emotions and their colors do not fluctuate.

What the mind thinks is instantly reflected in a person's face. Outward beauty begins inside a person. Concentrate on building a strong, positive mind. Learn to relax your face and have soft eyes. You will find that as your Ki grows stronger, so does the attraction of others to you. Light attracts light, and dark attracts dark.
