GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the OHTC Martial Arts Association! This website is owned and presented by Optimal Health Total Concepts. OHTC.COM is a gateway to a network of sites comprised of various
topics such as eastern medicine, martial arts, baduk, traditional tea ceremony,
certification and more. Sites include Eastern medicine, Art of Tea, Traditionalbaduk,
NCCTMA, Kitolife, collectively referred to as the "OHTC Network,". The OHTC Network is the traditional martial arts and Eastern Medicine home site. OHTC makes available a variety of products and services through the OHTC Network subject to these General Terms and Conditions.

By registering for and using this site you agree to become a member of the OHTC service and to be bound by these terms and conditions for as long as you continue your membership. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically as updates will be posted.

When you register as a member of the OHTC.COM network, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and that your use of the OHTC.COM network will not violate any applicable laws.

OHTC.COM reserves the sole right and discretion, to reject, refuse your registration, with or without notice, and without liability. Also, OHTC.COM reserves the right to revocation or cancellation of membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to member violation of the terms and conditions, inactive status termination, voluntary or involuntary removal.

Reactivation of membership will be subject to acceptance and is not automatic.

All classes, practice sessions and contests conducted by your instructor or master are supervised with reasonable care taken to prevent any injury and to minimize accidents. However, because of the strenuous nature of martial arts and combative activities, no one can positively assure the student, member or instructor that injury will not result during practice sessions, instructional periods or contests. THEREFORE, I, the above student, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims whatsoever for damage which I may have, or shall hereinafter accrue to me, against my instructor, master or to other members, for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association or entry in my practice, class, contest or athletic events, or which may arise out of my traveling to, participating in or returning from such an endeavor. Student agrees to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by OHTC Martial Art or its associated martial arts, for the use of martial arts and the equipment and facilities therein including rules with respect to lockers, uniforms and personal hygiene. OHTC Martial Arts reserves the right to revoke this membership if student fails to keep and obey any of such rules and regulations or for reasons of nuisance, disturbance of other students, moral turpitude or fraud.


POSITIVELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY AMOUNT PAID FOR REGISTRATION FEE, TUITION FEE, UNIFORMS OR ANY OTHER DEPOSITS MADE.

We hope your enjoyment of OHTC Martial Arts School services will be enhanced by the application of these Terms and Conditions. It is our belief that your understanding of the guidelines we have set forth will allow the OHTC Community to continue to be a place for joy.
