Classification of San Soo Yu Tea

San Soo Yu generally as a slight warming affect and sour taste.  San Soo Yu is often prescribed in Eastern Medicine to help to tonify and stabilizing Ki "Life Force" and help stop excessive sweating.  According to herbal prescriptions, this tea has natural antibiotic effects as well as an anti-depressant effect.

Procedure for Drinking San Soo Yu Tea

  • Rinse fruit with water

  • Boil Water

  • Measure 1 tablespoon of San Soo Yu

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of San Soo Yu with 1 pot (about 2 cups) of boiling water

  • Allow the tea to simmer and mix with water

  • Drink 1 pot of tea 3 times a day

Affect
