All metabolisms have both Yeum Yang properties.  These properties are always changing and depending on influence, metabolism types may change accordingly to environment.  A person who has strong characteristics for one metabolism, may show opposite characteristic that better fit another metabolism, depending on influence.  This is the philosophy of Yeum Yang.  Yeum may exist within Yang, and Yang may exist within Yeum.  

The lower part of the body tends to look weaker than the upper part.  So Yang In's are typically very creative, but often times have difficulty in completing projects.  Otherwise, there is generally an unshakable personality and strong mind.  So Yang In's tend to look very sharp, think ahead and move forward at all times.  This metabolism tends to be very romantic and always has a dedication to the service of others.  Socially speaking, So Yang In's are very quick witted, but are also quick and critical in their judgment of others.  Generally very social people who are much less serious and less intense at home.  So Yang In's are too hasty to be greedy.  Judge themselves as harshly as they judge others, which typically leads to an over-active concern with personal shortcomings.  In these descriptions and in the social behavior of So Yang In's, it is evident that this metabolism in very stubborn and short tempered, both with themselves and with others.
